I don't need help but want to help. I recently had a problem loging in to my sky id account, and could not get 2 step verification codes sent to my phone. I finally realised i had accsedently blocked/spamed ther number on my phone. Once i unblocked/ unspamed it codes came flooding through. HTH. D.
