Hi,
I'm in Ireland and have been with Vodafone for a while. I see Sky Mobile has come to Ireland so I thought of porting my existing number to Sky.
I went through online process and ordered an eSIM.
I received a contract email from Sky and the very next minute, I get another email indicating my contract is being cancelled, with no reason provided.
I think I have good credit score, no arrears with Sky from previous products etc.
I called the helpline but they had no idea why it was cancelled either.
I raised a complaint but no response from them either.
at my wits end trying to figure out why I'm unable to order.
has anyone else faced this ? And any suggestions on how I can sort this out ?
