I am experiencing difficulties obtaining my PAC code for my both sky mobile numbers when I try online I get a message saying we are sorry there has been a problem.
you can't do this by text if you have more than 1 sky mobile number.
I have tried contacting sky mobile customer services no one seems how to resolve.

You are incorrect if you have more than one number you cant use the text service

I have the same issue, have tried getting PAC online but says service not available, then spoke to 5 different Sky customer advisors by phone, three of them couldn't help, one told me to text PAC to 65075, this didn't work either received a text saying service not available. The last customer advisor spent a lot of time on the phone with me and said they would get in touch with the back office to look at my account and they would email/call me; this was three days ago, not heard anything.
I think I will make a complaint, especially fed up dealing with foreign call centres with bad phone lines and people with poor English.

@skyuser48 Mine has been resolved I contacted ofcom they sent an email to their highest executive office I was contacted within 20 minutes after putting the phone down to ofcom I.T department worked on my account for 2 days in the end they generated manually PAC codes they contacted me again to give my PAC codes to me over the phone. If your not getting no where contact ofcom their phone number is on their website.
