Hi, I have just changed network to Sky on a Sim only plan and now I am unable to message anyone that has an android phone , I went through the online help but this issue still exists , Sky couldn't help me yesterday either so can anyone out there point me towards a resolution ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you havevwifi calling enabled, if you do see what happens if you disable it. If this doesn't apply to you then all you can do is to report this to Sky on 150 so they can send it through to another team to investigate for you,
