Unable to make phone calls or receive calls

For a week and a half iv not been able to make calls or receive calls iv tried looking on the settings but nothing works what can I do

I have done that a few times and it says it fine so really unsure why I'm unable to call or receive calls

Hi @Laurenbroom  if you have another phone in the house I would call sky and ask for a replacement sim, if you can't call then try the social media links at the bottom of this page.
