Unable to make calls whilst in the USA

I'm from the UK and currently travelling the USA. I'm unable to make calls from my phone. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested, however am unable to call sky and no calls are going through. I have unlimited calls and texts and have tried calls to both the UK and USA with no luck. Any suggestions please? Thanks

Are you able to send texts and use mobile data or are you having issues with these as well ?

Just so you're aware the 'unlimited calls and texts' only applies to UK numbers.  If you contact USA numbers then you are charged International rates.

 

In terms of network selection it depends on your phone - on an iPhone hit Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection (Turn off automatic)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
