on top of the issues I have with delays on calls in the UK (I'm on a separate discussion for that) I have just been to the USA and had issues there too.
Roaming passport plus activated however I could not make any calls. I tried everything suggested. I used the chat function three times and due to the time difference the chat was ended by the agent at 5pm UK time before the issue was resolved. Each time I re-entered the chat I had to start all over again and each time it took over an hour and chat was ended before the issue was resolved.
I changed to Sky mobile specifically to be able to make calls when in the USA and wish I had stayed with my original provider as I have had nothing but issues since switching.
can someone please look into this and please respond on the other discussion about the issue with delays on calls in the UK?
