Unable to make calks

No ability to make calls or use data without wi fi tried all the troubleshooting guides, rang sky no blocks, cleaned the SIM card, reset network settings .............. 48 hours now with sky unable to fix it !!!

If you have spoken to Sky and nothing shows here for you then did you ask them to send you a replacement sim incase the one you have have has developed a fault ?

Yes I have, they told me they'd escalate the issue, not to keep calling as I would go down the list of priorities and that they'd monitor the phone for the next few days !!!!!!!!!!

Filled in a complaint form yesterday and still no contact have now send another complaint due to lack of action. Do I really have to cancel all my sky deals to get some attention been a customer for 13 years have 3 phones, tv and broadband with sky and am being completely ignored come of Sky get a grip
