I have had Sky for years. Despite several attempts I have never been able to link my mobile to my account. It asks me to enter my email, my password and the last six digits of my account but then says it does not recognise any account. All details are correct - any help welcomed.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
