I have recently joined sky mobile but am unable to link my sky id in the app. Every time I put in the details asked for, a message comes up asking for the sky id to be linked. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but the same thing keeps happening. I just want to be able to log in to see my usage, piggy bank etc. Thanks
