Hi I am unable to my sky if to my  mobile account.

It's driving me mad  been trying for weeks to link accounts.

Can't see piggy bank and get any extra data when needed.

Seems like this is a big problem with sky Mobil and they don't seem to have any answers either..looks like changing to a more reliable service, no point if you can't view bills or use the piggy bank.

Hello, I used to be able to view my account online but now it says restricted. I tried to re-link the account but it says already linked. Please could someone help? Thank you

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hello,

 

I am also having the same issue. This has been happening for over a year, since upgrading. I am also out of data and have plenty in my piggybank that I cannot access. 

 

I also think I'm being charged for 2 accounts, even though I upgraded and have no way of finding out, expect for calling and being on the phone for hours!

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What same issue are you having, can you explain what you are trying to do as you haven't quoted any posts here so we can't be sure what is happening ?

My mobile account is no longer linked to my my sky account. 

When I've tried to link it again, it says the account is already linked.

Hello i've bought a new phone and was using my mothers account on sky mobile as she bought my old phone for me and when trying to make a new account and linking it too my new phone i get an error whoops looks like where having some technical difficulties at this time this has been happening for the last couple of days and it doesn't seem to be going away

You can't change the account the mobile is on I'm afraid if this is what you are trying to do.
