Unable to link or activate sim

I am unable to activate my sim or link my account. I did the purchase yesterday. When access throught the mail it says your account is already linked. When I click activate sim, it says link your account.

I am unable to activate my sim because my account is already linked to something else and it does not give me the option to link my sky id to my sim.
