Unable to answer one of the security questions and forgotten password

The password wasn't accepted so I clicked on forgotten password. Next screen was two security questions but it's not accepting the answer to security question 2. Which I know is true. At a loss to understand.

 

I need to roll over data from Piggy bank.

Call Sky and when prompted for it say "forgotten it" or similar. The agent should be able to verify your identity as the account holder by other means and then set up a new telephone password with you.
