Unable to add accessories

Everytime I try and use my rolled over data to buy some apple airpod headphones, when I click checkout it just spins and spins and spins. I've logged on on different devices and nothing changes.

You will need to call Sky about this so they can place the order for you, 150 is the number to call them on.

150 is the full number from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it as it is a free call.
