Unable to access credit agreement
I have just ordered a new mobile phone but can't access the credit agreement. When I try to link the account from the email I received it says that the account is already linked but there is no credit agreement in the account. Any suggestions? Thanks

If the account is linked are you then signed in with your main Sky ID ?

I am. I have found another id and password but when I log into that account it takes me to my main id account which doesn't show the credit agreement

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
