Unable to Upgrade due to technical error

Hi all,

 

I have looked around for an answer to my query. Like many others I'm being greated with a techincal error when upgrading one of my devices. I understand I need to call 150 but because of my job, I'm unable to really speak on the phone. Is there anyway that there is a livechat option to be able to upgrade? Or is doing it by phone the only way?

Calling will be the only to do this. The lines open to around 9pm or 10pm each evening.
