Hi all,
I have looked around for an answer to my query. Like many others I'm being greated with a techincal error when upgrading one of my devices. I understand I need to call 150 but because of my job, I'm unable to really speak on the phone. Is there anyway that there is a livechat option to be able to upgrade? Or is doing it by phone the only way?
