Unable to Convert SIM to eSIM via Mobile Portal

Hello,

 

I'm having great difficulty converting an existing Sky Mobile SIM to an eSIM via the Sky Mobile Portal.

 

It goes through the options. It texts a verification code and then says "An email has been sent".

 

An email is never received and the SIM remains unchanged.

 

Do Sky Mobile have an issue converting SIMs to eSIMs at the moment? Also I have no option as the Apple iPad Mini 7 is eSIM ONLY.

I suspect that their automated process for esim conversion in broken somehow at the moment.

 

I did successfully move from a physical SIM to an esim for a new iPhone 15 and that worked seamlessly.

 

Tried the same process with my Pixel 8 pro and have failed at the final PIN validation stage every time.

 

Still waiting for Sky to call me back however
