I have 3 SIMs on my Sky Account and have recently upgraded my phone and got a new device. The upgrade came with a new SIM option with more GB. I would like to activate this new SIM and keep my current number (which is also on a Sky SIM). Is it possible?

Hi @Andrej1987 not easily, the new plan comes with a different number. You could call sky on 150 and ask if they can apply to your old sim but they may not. The other way is to activate the new sim then port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim.

Hi Andre,
I am having the same problems since the start of the month. I have contacted sky through whatsappc facebook and email. Everytime it is a new person whom I am dealing with and I have to start from scratch. I thought I was making progress when a lady from sky rang me on a Dublin number, she told me to borrow a 2nd phone and put my tesco mobile sim in it. She would ring me back the next day at 930 and she would sent activation code to tesco phone and I would enter this code in my sky phone.
She never rang back, I had to borrow my wifes phone for the day and miss parts of my work so I would not miss the call. I rang Sky in the evening but again I feel like I am going around in circles.
