I swapped my old phone for a new one and have sent my old one back and paid for two contracts will I get refunded for contract I am not using when my phone I sent back valuation is done ? Also my new phone keeps saying install eSIM which I didn't ask for just to use my old sim with old number. Or do I need to install eSIM. If so when I try to install it says it can't do it ?

Then you can ignore the message about an esim as you might have ordered one when you ordered your new phone so if this is the case and you do not activate it then it will be cancelled after 30 days so you will not be charged for it.

If there is still an amount to pay off against the returned phone then this will be added to your next available bill so will be paid for it via that.

Did you use a sim card or esim with your returned phone ?

Re: Two contracts
Yes there is still some to pay so valuation of old phone will pay towards that and what's left added to next bill unless i pay that off before !

I wouldn't pay it manually if this is what you are thinking to do because if you get your timings wrong you could end up paying for it twice as it might still be added to your next available bill.
