Hi, I'm looking to turn off parental controls but I don't have a credit card. How do I do this?

If you have signed a credit agreement for a device then you can call Sky in 150 as they should be able to do this the reason being oy someone aged 18 or over can sign this.

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours.
