Hi

im trying to upgrade my mobile phone, when I press upgrade, it take me to a screen saying I am restricted. A blue box appears saying reinstate services, I click this and it takes me to a screen that's says no blocks and gives no further actions.

Hi @FraserTay give sky a call on 150 and they will look into this or place the upgrade for you.
