Trying to upgrade my phone but I am restricted services?

Trying to upgrade my phone but I am restricted services?

 

It's upgrade time for me but I am being redirected to a page that says I am on restricted services.

 

Does anyone know what this means?

 

12 years a sky customer, no outstanding bills...... I am at a loss

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
