Trying to upgrade mobile
I have been trying for 3-4 days to upgrade my mobile online but every time I try it says there is a problem on sky side and to try again. This has happened several times. Please don't say phone them, as the issue is they should not tell me I can do this online if I/we can't.

Hi @juuiinn unfortunately there is no other option but to phone if it won't let you do it online.
