Hi I am paying 25 when the credit agreement finished  10/2/24 it was for iPhone 12 that I no longer have

Hi @Nt  you will need to call sky for help with this as no one here has access to your account. Call on 150 from a sky sim. Are you sure you finished the contract as it would be very unusual for Sky to continue taking payment if the contract was paid up. Bear in mind if you were on a swap 24 contract it's actually a 36 month deal unless you send your phone back as part of a swap. Look at your original contract in your message centre to see what the deal was. Also use the my sky app, go to the mobile tab, tap on the device in question then tap on the payments tab to see what that says.
