Trying to pay my bill

I have been trying to pay my bill but when I log in it says my account is restricted and it doesn't even give me the option that I have a current account with you nothing is showing

There should be no need to msnuallly pay a bill as Sky should be taking it from you each month via the payment you have set up on your account so a credit or debit card or a direct debit.
