"Unable to proceed with your recent sky mobile order"

I have just received three letters from Sky Mobile. Basically they are saying that "Your order's been cancelled" and "Unfortunately we're unable to proceed with your recent Sky Mobile order"

 

Only thing is, i haven't ordered anything. Or even tried to order anything.  I'm now worried fraud is taking place and Sky are giving me no help whatsoever. There is a section about fraud advice online but it's very generic and doesn't answer my concerns. Furthermore the chat option seems to always be unavailable, and i can't find a phone number.

 

Anybody know of any way to actual get hold of a human being at Sky? Or can anyone shed any light on this?

I've had the same thing, One from August, and now 2 in October.  Three seperate letters so far all with different account numbers on them. 

I've checked my credit score and there hasn't been any hard checks on my account.

 

I definately didn't order a sky mobile nor want one either!

Are these letters a scam or is someone internally messing up on an unholy scale!!
