Trying to move my phone number

hi I got an email to say there was an issue moving my number to sky. I sent a WhatsApp at 9.42 and have heard nothing back. 
I’m trying to transfer this number to my new sky sim and they said they can’t for some reason. I have my PAC code. 

can anyone help with this?

Hi @Rogeroco  can you confirm you are transferring your number from a different network to sky ? Have you activated your new sky sim and given Sky the PAC.

@Rogeroco 

Although you number might not have transfered you can still use the sim to call Sky which is what you will need to do. 150 is the number to call them on.
