Trying to change to cheaper data plan

Keep getting error message that: Sorry theres been a problem. We've been unable to change your data plan at this time. Please try later. It happens every time I try to reduce the data plan.

Call Sky on 150 and see if they can change it for you.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Be aware that reducing the data plan won't come into effect until your next billing period (where as increasing it is almost immediate).
