Trying to buy a new phone

I wanted to change to Sky Mobile from ID mobile as the service has been rotten.

 

However the website and app keep saying there's a technical fault after I have clicked on the Checkout button.

 

Help  I have tried this on the Sky App on the website using my mobile and using a laptop.

Hi @Angel74  this does seem to happen for some people on here. If it won't let you do it online then you will need to call sky for help placing the order and finding out why you can't.

Thanks, may have to do that as a last resort but just weird as takes ages for calls to be answered by a person.

 

Is kind of putting me off joining in the 1st place. 🤔
