Sim Replacement

I reported my phone stolen and would like a replacement SIM

If you have reported this to Skyntjen they should send you another sim so if you want to check this is the case then you will need to contact them again as a replacement can not be ordered via here.

Hi @Cynthia+Harvey  why is it locked ? What have done to lock it ? If it's asking for a PUK try eight zeros.

I have lost the packaging for the new SIM card and I have not got the activation code to get able to activate the SIM card and I am not sure what to do as it won't let me have a option to get the SIM card activation code replaced so what is the way to go forward as not giving any options

Hi @Malcolm88  you will need to order a new sim that will come with a new activation code.
