Trying to add phone to my account

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm trying to add a phone to my account. When I go to checkout, it confirms my choices, but nothing happens. Just a blue banner with info, and nothing I can click etc. I've tried different browsers etc (I'm on my phone.) Phone is for my son.

Although you have deleted your account if you still can't place the order then give Sky a call to get it placed.
