Trouble Transferring number

I requested a number transfer after getting a new phone and sim with EE, says it will take 2-3 days to transfer however both numbers are useable on my new phone (Sky being an eSim) and I still have future bills for my sky number. I never requested it to be an eSim just a number transfer..

Hi @Barry111  so you got a PAC from sky and gave it to EE ? When did you do that ?

I did it yesterday morning.

Then the transfer should happen today @Barry111   It usually happens the next working day after you give a network your PAC.
