Replacement SIM order?????
Ordered last week, still not arrived so clearly not bothered to send one out, and now live chat is not available how convenient,
The amount of money I pay for TV\Internet\Mobile and this is how I am treated!! Wow,
Is this community just to have a rant or is there anyone here who can actually help!!
Even ordering the dam thing took me a whole entire morning, in order to pass thorugh security I was asked to go up into orbit and provide a serial number of one of Elon Musk's Starlink satelites, yes it was that inconvenient given that I was in work that day!!

A slight exaggeration I think. The agents have to be satisfied they are talking to the account holder so they usually ask you for the previously agreed telephone password.
Replacement SIM cards are dispatched by Royal Mail to the delay coukd be down to them especially with a bank holiday on Monday.

Absolutely nowhere on sky website can you order a replacement sim it has to be done via live chat or over phone. Which I done, and can't ring them while at work as I don't have a sim in my phone.
I will have to wait until live chat is back on reason for my post is to make everyone aware that sky are a complete and utter disgrace sorry I joined them but stuck now for 24 months

Riiiight so am in work and they ask for serial of my router when I could of have them full address dob postcode bank account number sort code bank name detail exactly what I subscribe to..
but no it had to be a serial number off my sky router, what a joke!!!!
