Transfer to sky mobile

I just got my new iPhone and transferred my eir number to sky mobile. I tested it and my eir number which transferred rings on my phone perfectly. However I have turned on my 5G in settings, have 5G in my location and have opted into it in my mobile app, but I'm not getting it. Also, it's saying in my phones settings my phone number is 089 and not the number i transferred. 

Does anyone know if this will rectify in a few days or do i need to contact customer service about my 5G issue and my phone registering the wrong number in its settings despite my 085 number working on the phone? Thanks

Did you activate 5G by your account as it isn't clear if you did this or not:

Have you tried updating the number to the correct one ?

Yes it says 5G add on included when I click my plan settings.

 

i tried to change my number in the iPhone settings but when I click save, nothing happens. I wonder if this is due to my 085 number transferring over? They gave me a temp 089 number but said once it transferred to 085 it would be void?

The number that came with the sim should be replaced by the number you transfered over so one more thing to try:

 

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
