Transfer of number

Hi, 

 

i recently swapped to sky and last thursday i provided by PAK code from Vodafone, a few hours later i received a text to say it was all done and the transfer of my existing number was a success. 

however no one is able to text or call me using my existing number which i have already transfered to sky. 

i have tried updating my number on my iphone but this doesnt work.

Did you manage to update then save the number, what number is showing there now, the correct one or the wrong one ?

The correct one is showing but still not receiving incoming calls on the number

If you are able to make calls then call Sky on the free 150 number so they can look into this for you.
