I've received a new phone today through my contact and want to trade my old one in, sky are aware of this. I've received a box today to return my phone, but it's all sealed? How do I send it back if the box is sealed without my phone in.

You open the biz and put your phone inside it, is there a return label on the inside of it or in the inside of the packaging your new phone came in ?

Hi, 

there's a label on the box with my name and a return address. I didn't know if there was another one I should have to stay over it, I haven't opened the box yet as I'm at work but will when I get home. Do I open the tamper part? And then seal it up with parcel tape and then put the label on, thanks so much for you're help!

I would assume that is what you need to do and use the label with the return address on it.

When sending it off make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt and also if you can, take some photos to show the condition it is in so if needs be you can show this if they come back at you to say there is some damage on it.
