Trade-In Problems

I have recently traded-in my old iPad for a new one.  I've followed the instructions for the return, tracked on Royal Mail but I keep getting emails to say they haven't received it.

Tried going through the Chat but the 'Bot' isn't programmed to answer these questions & can never get through to anybody on the phone!

Does the Royal Mail tracking show that it has arrived, if so I would keep trying to speak to Sky so try saying No when asked to go online or if you want a SMS sent.
