I have tried to buy a iPhone 17 through website, website crashed after a credit check. Tried to call customer service, went through the process again. Another hard search credit check,. Customer service had an address on my account that I haven't lived in for the last 11 years.
Which resulted in two more phone calls from myself.
Still no wiser if I've bought two new iPhones 17 or one, two contracts sent through to my email.
the third conversation I had with a Sky service agent was very weird they just repeated why I said back to them.
not sure if I've been scammed, but I have called the numbers for Sky.
very weird, and Im seriously regretting having anything to do with Sky.
