Took a payment when not due

I had money put in my bank account yesterday and you've took a payment when it's not meant to be due until the 12th that was the last bit of money I've had.

What does your billing say?  You'll need to call Sky to query...

You are talking to other customers here and not Sky support.

 

Unless you are in Scotland yesterday was a bank holiday so if you are sure it was Sky that took this payment does it appear on tne nling section of the MySky app or online here:

If it is Sky was it a delayed payment for last months bill ?
