Installing a second (eSIM) on my existing iPhone 13

I have an existing physical SIM (UK number) with Sky on my iPhone 13. What I want to do is have a second SIM (eSIM) on this same phone but for an Irish number not a UK number.   Is this possible and if so, how do I go about installing it?
