So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months was removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails (I received mine on 09/01/24), but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.

Re: Took 1052 if data off me in June
Data remains in your piggybank now for 12 months so any data that has been there longer than a year will have been removed. Going forward only data that has been unused for a year will be removed.
