I would like update my IMEI in my account for the new device I've got after I lost my old device

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You would need to call Sky to see if they say that it is possible to do this. 150 is the number to call them on and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
