Mobile call issue

My line goes dead when I call out and when someone calls me it's saying sorry your rang a incorrect number

Are you able to call Sky in 150 to report this to them ?

I can't ring out iv try ring 150 but say called failed 

My phone was working fine this morning at 8.50 as I make a call but from around 11ish it stop working

If not then you will have to contact Sky about this, perhaps via social media as there are links t the bottom to their sites.
