Hello I need to roll back data on my phone (removed) but I'm not able to do it on the app

Unused data rolls back to your Piggybank at the start of the next billing period. If you mean you can't move data from the Piggybank to your sim then call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky mobile. An agent can move the data for you and investigate why you can't do it yourself.

Hi @Debsthom81  if it's not letting you do it online or in the app then call sky on 150 so they can do it and investigate why you can't.
