This IS a horrible costumer service, for 2 weeks now and cant activate this SIM card, tried everythi

How is this possible? Activating a simple SIMK card taking ages

that bot its horrible, your supposed community help is a mirage

of costumer help services, no phone numbers available, do you

have at least costumer services? Im so regretting turn to Sky

now, im fuming, and then you complain whats the answer?

You are talking to other customers here only.

 

Use another phone to call them - 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:


https://www.sky.com/help/home

 

Stay on the line is asked to hangup and go online as they might want to issue you with a different sim to try.
