Theft

I've been over charged for my 2 mobiles which are out of contact for many months. Why do sky keep stealing my money monthly and never contact me

Are you sure is isn't the mobile sim data package that you are being billed for as this will continue unless you have cancelled the sims and you can do this if you have been paying for them for 12 months or more.
