My phone number has been the same on my phone for 12 months and last night it suddenly change. I can call my phone using my original number and it rings. If I call someone this mysterious new number appears on the receivers phone? How can this happen?

Hi @DK1968 did you port a number from another network to sky ? If so this other number may be the original sky number before you ported. If it's an iPhone go to settings, phone, my number and make sure your correct number is stored there, if not then update it and then exit and restart your phone. It may take a few attempts to save.

If it is an Andriod phone go to About Phone > My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone.
