My phone is under Sky, as are my parents. My original phone SIM recently broke, and we were promised a new one would be delivered. We were lied to, and the SIM never arrived. We tried downloading an E-SIM, but Sky also hid some crucial details from me and my parents, such as it permanently disabling after two failures.
I have been without a SIM/messaging/apps/etc. for over a week. I hope Sky knows what autism is, or what it's like to be autistic, because I have this condition, and cannot be without messaging, due to mental health reasons, support requirements, etc.
If Sky deceive me and my parents again, we will be unsubscribing.

I'm sorry. I find it hard to regulate my emotions sometimes, plus I only joined here a couple of minutes ago.
