Hi,
I have my phone through sky and have recently brought my son a 2nd hand phone and a sky SIM card. Also with sky. However, my son can't message me. It says they've been sent but nothing comes through. WhatsApp/calls all fine it's only when he uses text message. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried getting the network settings sent to the phone:
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot the phone.

Thank you I've tried that but still hasn't worked. Any other suggestions?
